Business lending

Working capital and consolidation for established small businesses, underwritten on business performance rather than personal credit alone.

Content gap: this page needs your actual business lending parameters before it goes live — amounts, terms, time-in-business and revenue minimums, and which states you're licensed for commercial lending in. Commercial lending sits under a different regulatory regime than consumer lending, and several states now require commercial financing disclosures.

What we lend on

Built for businesses with a track record

Business lending is underwritten differently from consumer lending. Revenue history, time in business, and cash flow carry more weight than a personal credit score, though a personal guarantee is usually part of the structure.

Working capital

Bridging seasonal gaps, payroll timing, or an inventory cycle. Terms from 6 to 36 months.

Debt consolidation

Replacing stacked merchant cash advances or high-cost short-term debt with a single amortizing facility.

Equipment and expansion

Financing a specific purchase or a planned expansion with a defined return.

Baseline requirements

  • At least 24 months in business
  • Minimum annual revenue of $150,000
  • 3 months of business bank statements
  • Personal guarantee from owners holding 20%+

Commercial lending disclosure

Business financing is offered by Golden Rise Capital, LLC. All financing is subject to underwriting and approval. Rates, amounts, and terms vary by business profile and state. Commercial financing disclosures are provided as required by applicable state law, including Utah. Commercial loans are not consumer loans and are not subject to consumer lending protections.
