How information is used

To assess your situation and present options; to underwrite, originate, and service loans; to administer debt relief programs; to communicate with you; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud.

03

Sharing and choices

With service providers who work on our behalf under contract, with consumer reporting agencies, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes (confirm this matches actual practice before launch). California residents have rights under the CCPA/CPRA, including the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information. Residents of other states with comprehensive privacy laws (Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Virginia) have similar rights — counsel to confirm this list before launch.

04

Security and retention

Reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards are used; sensitive data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Information is retained for generally seven years after your last interaction with us. We may use third-party advertising and analytics tools to measure marketing performance; you can opt out via industry pages such as optout.aboutads.info (confirm which pixels are actually in use before launch).
