Information you give us: name, address, email, phone, date of birth, Social Security number, income, employment, and details of your debts. Information we collect automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited. Information from third parties: credit report data from consumer reporting agencies, obtained with your authorization.
To assess your situation and present options; to underwrite, originate, and service loans; to administer debt relief programs; to communicate with you; to comply with legal and regulatory obligations; and to detect and prevent fraud.
With service providers who work on our behalf under contract, with consumer reporting agencies, and as required by law. We do not sell your personal information and do not share it with unaffiliated third parties for their own marketing purposes (confirm this matches actual practice before launch).
